Shipping Policy
Soul Baby strives to deliver quality of service, however there may be circumstances beyond our control that may affect the service our customers will experience.
Once goods are dispatched from out premises Soul Baby can not be held responsible for service and delivery delays.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct shipping/delivery details are provided to Soul Baby via the online payment system. Any reshipping of orders returned to Soul Baby due to incorrect information provided by the customer will not be at the Sellers expense.
All delivery times/dates provided are estimates only and are at the discretion of the postal system providers.
Replacement items for orders lost in transit will be at Soul Baby’s discretion.
Exchange Policy
If within 14 days of receipt of your goods you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, please email us at returns@soulbaby.com.au. Goods will only be accepted for an exchange if they have not been worn or damaged, and original tags are attached.
Note that the costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
If within 14 days of receipt of your goods you wish to return your purchase for a refund, please email at returns@soulbaby.com.au Goods will only be considered for a refund if they have not been worn or damaged, and original tags are attached.
Please contact us via e-mail prior to your purchase if you have any questions in regards to sizing or styles.
Original shipping costs are not refundable. A 10% administration fee will be charged on all refunds to cover processing costs.
Local Pickup is available from our Warehouse - Address: 30 Harris Court Eden Park VIC 3757
Pickup times are strictly: Monday mornings 9:30-10:30am Thursday afternoons 3:30-4:30pm
When placing an order if you do want to pick it up please select the postage option of wholesale orders (so as the amount is zero) and if you can please put in the comment section "pickup". That way when you arrive we can have your order ready. Funds must be cleared before any goods are picked up, or cash will be received on the day.
